This organization shall contribute to the advancement and improvement of the quality of life on the installation. This organization shall be self-sustaining, primarily through contributions, corporate sponsorships, fundraising, service charges, fees, or special assessments of members. There shall be no financial assistance from a non-appropriated fund instrumentality in the form of contributions, repairs, services, dividends or other donations of money or other assets. The Board of Directors shall meet on a monthly basis.
