But since we already made the appointment we came anyways, unfortunately I wish we never wasted our time coming in. My mother is the bride to be, she made her appointment, Kendra was supposed to be assisting. She was late 20 minutes, she didn't help my mom put on any dress, didn't even take her measurements, had my mom waiting an extra 30 minutes in the fitting room because she was assisting 3 other people.

What's the point of making an appointment if you will be forgotten about? The dresses weren't even the right size. Ladies, if you are wanting to feel special, do not go here. First time trying on wedding dresses. Will not be buying a dress from here. It took quite a while to get my first dress.
Took even longer to get my second dress. Absolutely ridiculous! Completely turned off. I barely saw the lady who was "helping" me.
In a span of 1 hour I tried 2 dresses. Was completely disappointed. And they didn't have the dress in the color I wanted. Had a wonderful experience here! Came here in December to try and dresses and my stylist asked me what I was looking for and brought over several beautiful dresses to try on. After trying on approximately 7 dresses, I narrowed down the dress I wanted but it wasn't in the store. The dress was only available in strapless in store but it was online with the long sleeves like I wanted.
Seeing how perfect it looked, I ordered it online. Fast forward to July I brought the dress in for alterations. They were so reassuring in making sure my dress would be ready by my September wedding. I had several fittings and we had to completely change the entire back of my dress They suggested adding a corset back and ditching the zipper.
I agreed and it turned out absolutely perfect! The wonderful lady who works in alterations her name starts with an "R" and she has an accent She's truly a gem! She made my dress perfect! Thank you for the outstanding customer service and making my dress absolutely perfect for my wedding day : Wonderful experience.
She was very helpful, insightful, and knowledgeable she helped me find the absolute perfect dress. She was very patient and not at all pushy. Im so indecisive, so i was really greatful that she allowes me to take my time and be completely sure i had made the right decision and i loved my dress.
She was also alot of fun. I would highly recommend her to help you on your special day. Shes the Best. Thank you Yvette. I went to David's Bridal for alterations for my wedding dress. I was very happy with the results. Rabab took her time pinning my dress to make sure it was perfect. Yami, and Horieh were very sweet and helpful when I was trying on my dress at the final fitting.
They made the experience a happy one. As the maid of honor, I booked the bride's appointment 2 weeks in advance. Our appointment was at pm, but we got there an hour early and they were able to take us in minutes after we arrived. They separated the bridal wear and bridesmaids dresses. Micah was our consultant throughout the process and she really was amazing. She listened and knew what types of dresses worked well for the bride.
The selection of the dresses she brought out were fantastic! Highly recommend her! Though we didn't come out with the dress, the bride definitely felt more optimistic finding the dress that she loves next time around.
Yvette was great to my sister! Once we settled on a style- she really zoned in and got her what she wanted. I went in to Davids bridal with an apt a 5pm.. I didn't see my stylist until around Everything was lovely and I found a dress that I absolutely adored However she told me that I'd have to buy off the rack because my event was so close.
I was ok with that except the dress I wanted had many stains all over it I'd found two dresses online that where In store I knew they where because I saw them sadly I never got to try them on. I decided not to buy the dress I loved because it was just wayyy too dirty for me. The stylist said maybe it could be spot cleaned I said YES to the dress! I was a walk-in by myself after work today and Yvette was amazing and treated me like I had an apt booked.
I was not expecting to buy a dress on a whim but after some FaceTime and pics sent to my family I rang the bell and the dress was mine!!! Yvette was amazing and made my sisters dreams come true for her wedding dress. I live in Modesto and this was worth the drive and experience. My daughter and I came in to look at wedding dresses for me and a bridesmaid dress for her. Haley E. Helped us out and was extremely helpful and awesome! Overall it was a good experience because of her but the lady at the front desk was a bit rude.
Awesome service! Rabab is extremely helpful! She was very helpful in showing how to lace the style of my dress! If you want to be made a priority, have someone actually assist you and value your time this is NOT the place for you. I made an appointment for myself and a separate appointment for my mom, for her Mother of the Bride dress, thinking we would have someone to help.
I showed the consultant a few styles my mom liked and a few styles I liked and instead of pulling them, she said "ok you can look here and here" pointing to areas in the store.
I thought the whole point was for a consultant to consult! Pull dresses, give ideas, actually assist you. But apparently that is not the way David's Bridal operates. So the appointment was no different than going to Macy's or another department store and shopping for yourself. Totally disappointed and will not be returning.
David's bridal was my first place to try dress shopping. This location in particular was the half way meeting point for my out-of-town shopping helpers and I. Danielle was our stylist and she not only helped me find my dream dress but also helped my bridesmaids sort through what felt like a millions choices! She was super upbeat and helpful and patient while we were trying to figure things out.
She listened to my like and dislikes and adapted what dresses she pulled as we discovered what worked and didn't work. The dress I picked ended up being one she pulled in the middle of the appointment based on what she thought I'd like. I was impressed at the huge variety of dresses as well as the broad price range for every budget.
I was super nervous about the idea of going over budget because wedding dresses can be so pricy! I found a dress that fit exactly what I was looking for, my style, and my budget. I could not be happier. I would absolutely recommend going to David's bridal! It's a big chain, but the experience doesn't feel like it.
I felt extremely rushed when it was time to pick the dress, the consultant seemed really annoyed with my family. When I got the call to pick up my dress 5 months later I was excited, I scheduled my bridesmaids appointment for the same day so they could see the dress. When I went to open the dress to try it on, they ordered the wrong dress.
